This role will provide direct supervision of site operatives and subcontractors undertaking HIU
replacement and associated works within occupied residential dwellings and communal areas. The Site Supervisor will ensure works are delivered safely, to programme and in accordance with project quality standards, while maintaining effective coordination with the Site Manager, Resident Liaison teams, and commissioning personnel.
The Site Manager will act as the Principal Contractor’s lead site representative responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient day-to-day delivery of the project.
The role will oversee all site-based activities associated with:
• HIU replacement works
• Heat network optimisation
• Distribution pipework modifications
• Plantroom upgrades
• Resident coordination and access management
• Site logistics and programme delivery
The Site Manager will ensure works are delivered safely, to programme, within quality requirements and in accordance with all statutory, contractual and client obligations.
