- HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning)
These services are there for the comfort of your residents, and need to be reliable, but performance must also be optimised to ensure energy costs are as low as they should be for your residents. This includes compliance across central plant and energy centres, plus annual checks on heat interface units within dwellings. We also give residents clear guidance on system use and fault reporting.
- Fire safety
A critical safety element of any building, we maintain fire systems in line with current regulations and standards. Regular testing covers sprinklers, fire doors, alarms, and emergency lighting, supporting both safety and compliance.
- Lifts
We work with many vulnerable residents where a lift is critical for them to get to their home. Equipment is managed inline with Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER) and thoroughly examined by a competent person every six months.
- CCTV and Door Entry Systems
Access and security is vital for your residents to feel secure in their homes and seamlessly gain access. We maintain access control and security systems, including door entry, automatic opening systems, and CCTV.
