The Home Insulation and Energy Systems Contractors Scheme (HIES) is a consumer protection organisation for renewable energy and home energy installations.
As a HIES Accredited Installer, we follow recognised standards for quality, customer service and consumer protection.
HIES operates its own Consumer Code of Practice, which is audited by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI).
